anybody else up for just giving florida back to spain? or perhaps just cutting right through the borderline, and shoving them out to sea. All they give us is orange juice, and delicious as it is, it isn't worth all the huricanes, illegals, and those DAMN GATORS!!

So it's finals week once again. And I'm on here for the first time in ages. Just goes to show you all the things I can do to keep myself from studying. This quarter is going much better than last. We'll see how finals go today and Thursday. I've got two today in Engineering and math 152 (Calc. 2). And Physics on Thursday morning. I'm kinda looking forward to today at 5:30, when I will be doing nothing acadmeic for at least 24 hours. School without classes just kicks the crap out of going to them. I may be back to update one the grades of said finals, I may not. If you truly love me...you'll find out one way or another. Later peeps

So you wanna know why college football is amazing? The Fiesta Bowl that just ended. That game had absolutely everything. The underdog Boise State Broncos jumped out to an early lead on the powerhouse Oklahoma Sooners. But late in the 4th the Sooners drove the length of the field to tie it up. Boise St. had about 2 minutes to drive 80 yards to win it, and what do they do....throw an interception in the first play from scrimmage!! Sooners go up by a touchdown. So the game should be effectively over. But Boise St. kept fighting. They drove all the way to midfield, where they were faced with a 4th and 18 situation. They throw a pass over the middle about 5 yards short of the first down, but the reciever latterals and the Broncos go all the way to the endzone to tie it up! So we go to OT. The Sooners get the ball first, and Peterson goes all the way to the house on the first play. So Boise gets their shot next. After facing another 4th down situation...they get into the endzone for the touchdown, so all they have to do is kick the PAT to tie it up. But no....they came to win. They line up and go for two. It's a trick play! Quarter back fakes a screen out to the left, and hands off to the back, who takes it in for the win!! Boise State finished off an undefeated season, and proved that even the little guy can hang if they believe they can. You wouldn't see that in the NFL. An NFL team would've given up after their QB threw a "game blowing" interception with a minute left. Thank you Broncos for making college football what it is, and congradulations on a fantastic season.

I'm terrible at this whole updating thing...so sue me. School went ok, but not great. Ended the first quarter with a 2.55. Not what I had in mind, but I can work on it. I'll have much more time come winter quarter. Christmas was sweet, see facebook for pictures of my presents that I took with my new digital camera! Anyway, trip to Arizona quickly approaching and I can't wait.....GO BUCKS!!

So, I wake up this morning early to study for my chem final. (shocking enough alone if you know me) So I'm doing the studious thing and going over my midterms and actually learning things. I then decided to head down to the lobby to grab an energy drink, so I can get mazimum performance from my brain. Being the safety conscious student that I am, I lock my room door behind me, to insure my roommates' safety. Little did I know that when I returned to said room, THE LOCK WAS JAMMED AND I WAS STUCK OUTSIDE!!!!! So I spent about an hour this morning waiting on maintence/watching them turn the key as if I hadn't tried that technique, and finally just breaking the vent out of my door to reach his hand through and open it from the inside. This morning hasn't gotten off toa great start......so we'll see how chem goes.
